Foreign driver's license
Exchange of a foreign driver's license from a NON-EU STATE:
If you have a foreign driver's license, you can easily drive it in Germany for 6 months. If you are resident in Germany, the document must be rewritten into an EU driver's license after six months at the latest. Otherwise you will be punished for driving without a license.

Application for the transfer of the license valid foreign driver's license, certified translation of the foreign driver's license, identity card or passport biometric passport photo (45mm x 35mm), proof of training in first aid, eye test (or ophthalmological report), proof of the last two addresses, processing costs up to 62.40 euros (depending on the effort)
